MassMutual has created a customized web page to help M.A.S.S. members calculate income needs should members become disabled either on or off the job.

We have presumed that you would potentially receive 50% of your income. This is not necessarily accurate since disability retirement is calculated on a number of factors--including your age, years of service, etc.
